Straw yellow in colour with gold glints and brilliant
tones. Aromas of white ripe fruit that change to
green walnuts, fennel, honey and pastry. An elegant
and ample mouthfeel with a fresh vivacity. Fine,
creamy bubbles thanks to the long ageing process.
Alcoholic strengh: 11.5 %vol.
Total tartaric acidity: 6 g/L
Residual sugars: 1.2 g/L
