Tasting Note:
Straw yellow in colour with gold glints. Aromas of
ripe white fruit, wood, green walnuts and pastry.
With an elegant, ample mouthfeel and a fresh and
acid vivacity. Fine, creamy bubbles with a persistent
finish.
Alcoholic strengh: 11.5 %vol.
Total tartaric acidity: 6.22 g/L
Residual sugars: 6 g/L
