A wine made entirely with organic Xarel·lo grapes.
The grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed and
crushed and then undergo a prefermentation film
maceration process at 10ºC for about 5 hours to
extract the varietal aromas. Gentle pressing and
debourbage for 24 hours. Fermentation at 15-17ºC in
stainless steel tanks. The wine is subjected to a
short ageing process on fine lees in the same tank
for 4 months in order to gain complexity and
volume in the mouth.
With its soft yellow colour, Il·lusió has aromas of
white fruit and certain notes of flowers and fennel.
It has a fresh and lush mouthfeel, correct acidity
and a persistent and very pleasing aftertaste.
Alcoholic strengh: 12 %vol.
Total tartaric acidity: 5.3 g/L
Fermentation temperature: 15-17ºC
Serving tempratue: 6-8ºC
