Elaboration process:
A young red wine made with
Merlot and Tempranillo grapes. Varietiess vinified
separately in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of
22–25ºC, previously macereted in cold conditions to
extrac the red fruit aromas. A wine that is not aged in
casks.
Tasting Note:
Dark cherry-red in colur with spiced aromas of jam made with black fruit such as figs and
with balsamic notes. Portium red wine is a structured wine with silky tannins and
persistentn aftertaste. The ideal drinking temperature is 18ºC.
Alcoholic strengh: 13.5 %vol.
Total tartaric acidity: 5 g/L
Fermentation temperature: 22-25ºC
Serving tempratue: 18ºC
