Elaboration process:
A rosé wine made with Tempranillo and Merlot
grapes. Short maceration period in the press to
obtain its pale rosé colour and notable aromatic
intensity. Very light pressing and debourbage for 24
hours in cold conditions. Alcoholic fermentation in
stainless steel tanks at a temperature between 14
and 16ºC. Transferred gently to conserve the fine
lees and carry out a gentle ageing process.
Tasting Note:
With its bright cherry-red colour and fresh aromas
of red fruit such as raspberry or strawberry, Portium
Rosé has a very fresh and intense mouthfeel. Very
sweet and with a balanced acidity and a long and
pleasant aftertaste. The ideal drinking temperature
is 8ºC.
Alcoholic strengh: 12.5 %vol.
Total tartaric acidity: 5.5 g/L
Fermentation temperature: 14-16ºC
Serving tempratue: 6-8ºC
