A young white wine consisting of a blend of Xarel·lo, Macabeu and a hint of Moscatel.
Harvested and pressed by varieties and grapevines.
Debourbage for 24 hours in cold conditions, followed by alcoholic fermentation in a stainless steel tank at a
temperature between 14-16ºC for 15 days.
After the fermentation, the varieties are “blended”, seeking a fresh and aromatic profile.
With its pale yellow colour, Portium Blanc oɬers
fresh aromas of white fruits such as pear, along
with floral tones and exotic notes. A wine that is
well balanced, with a fresh mouthfeel and a
pleasing acidity. Its ideal drinking temperature is
between 6 and 8ºC.

Total tartaric acidity: 5.7 g/L
Fermentation temperature: 14-16ºC
Serving tempratue: 6-8ºC
